Disneyland

Welcome to our trip to Disneyland. Elena's friend, Kim, and Frank's niece, Karolen, went with us because they hadn't been there for a long time. Frank hadn't been there for 10 years. I guess that there isn't much to say except that it was fun. We got there very early so we could avoid the crowds. We rode six of the major rides within the first one and a half hours. They have a new feature called Fastpass. this lets you get on rides a lot quicker than usual.
The Fastpass is free and because of the way that it works, can only be used every couple of hours. A 60 minute wait will turn into 15 minutes if you use a Fastpass. We went the weekend before Mother's Day with hopes that it wouldn't be too crowded. The food was great but very expensive. It cost about $16.00USD to eat a normal sized meal. The rides themselves are nice and relaxing unless you are a child. The parade was nice but too short for Frank. We took 51 pictures so beware of this when you look at the photo gallery. All in all it was a great trip and I was glad that we went.
